In an effort to keep within the laws concerning sales tax. We are separating our dealer system into two categories. Dealers that have a Sales Tax Number on record with us will be classified as Level 1 Dealers. Dealers without a sales tax number in the state of North Carolina will be referred to as a Level 2 dealer. Level 2 dealers in North Carolina will be required to pay the sales tax due on their purchases to Lock-Tite Log Systems Inc. All dealers operating in any state other than North Carolina must have a sales tax number for their home state in order to purchase products at dealer prices from Lock-Tite Log Systems Inc. Dealers outside the state of North Carolina that do not have a sales tax number will be considered a North Carolina sale and North Carolina sales tax will be applied to the order.
