Q	I like the Lock-Tite products. How do I become a dealer?

Q	What is required to become a Lock-Tite dealer?
A	We do not have a single set of requirements to become a dealer. We know from experience that a home builder with a wide range of knowledge associated with the home industry would make an ideal Lock-Tite Log Systems dealer. We do not, however, limit dealers to building experience only, but look for entrepreneurs with a love for log homes.
Q	Do you have to build a model home?
A	Display models are the best way to sell homes. Although we would like for all of our dealers to have model homes, this is not a requirement to become a dealer. Many successful dealers show homes they have built for others.
Q	Do you have contracts and territories?
A	We do have non-competing agreements for those dealers who have a model home or other displays.
Q	What about leads that come to Lock-Tite Log Systems through National advertising or the internet?
A	These leads are passed on to the dealer most able to assist the customer. We only deal with end users when no dealer is available.
Q	Do you require dealers to only sell Lock-Tite products?
A	We only ask that the dealer offer our product to the customer. We know that all log home buyers do not want the same thing. We only ask the dealer to explain the advantages of building with the Lock-Tite family of products. Let the customer decide what is best.
