The lakeview is a versatile floorplan that is highly customizable featuring fixed glass windows in the front providing a view from the great room or loft area. Pictured here the Lakeview was built using 8x8 laminated logs cut in a "D" profile. The Lakeview is 3925 square foot (living area only) home that utilizes heavy beam construction in the center great room area and bonus room trusses on either wing for additional upstairs space.

A heavy beam 2nd floor system supports the loft above while 1x6 bead board paneling and custom wood trim surround the doors inside the home.

Pictured here is a clear view engineered stairway system, built using laminated timbers. The stairway leads up to the loft area while the living room is beyond.
